Alia Cruz 

Founder

EYFS (Early years), Youth Work, Children's Entertainer, Organiser, Planner, Host, Artist and Face painter, Designer

Alia has worn many hats over the years, all centred around bringing people together and creating memorable experiences. She’s worked with children, young people, and adults in all sorts of settings – from nursery practitioner to children’s holiday entertainer and party host at an activity centre, to general manager of a bustling coffee shop, and now as a Learning Manager at a world-renowned museum.

Along the way, Alia has developed a toolkit of skills, tricks, and creative approaches for running art workshops, hosting parties of all kinds, and programming events from start to finish. What sets her apart is her ability to find the story that anchors an event – weaving in those details that make each experience feel unique, personal, and unforgettable.

With a background in childcare, plus qualifications in Art & Textiles and Psychology, Alia knows how to design and deliver bespoke, engaging events that cater to all ages and abilities. Whether it’s a children’s craft activity, a themed celebration, or a full-scale event, she brings ideas to life with creativity, care, and a big sense of fun. 

Craig Read

Youth Worker, Party Host, Artist, Face painter, Designer

Craig has been inspiring and supporting young people for over 15 years, working with some of the UK’s most respected and influential youth organisations including BLGC, Barnardo’s, and the YMCA. Over this time, he has led countless projects and organised events – from small creative workshops to large-scale gatherings for over 200 participants – always with the goal of creating experiences that are meaningful, fun, and inclusive.

As both a visual artist and qualified outdoor instructor, Craig blends creativity with adventure. His events often weave together art, nature, and exploration – encouraging people to see the world differently, try new things, and build confidence along the way. Whether it’s guiding a group through an outdoor challenge, leading a mural project, or running an arts workshop, Craig ensures that everyone feels included and leaves with a smile.

Known for his energy, warmth, and passion for youth work, Craig is dedicated to helping people of all ages unlock their creativity and embrace new adventures. His work champions the power of art and the outdoors as tools for learning, connection, and fun – proving that when you combine imagination with a little fresh air, amazing things happen.
