For children aged 3–7 and their cuddly toy companions

This August Bank Holiday Sunday, Big Mood Events invites you and your little ones to our very first Teddy Bears’ Picnic — a heartwarming adventure filled with fun, imagination, and a little bit of magic.

We’ll begin in Jubilee Park, where Ali will greet you and your teddy (or favourite stuffed toy). After some cheerful introductions, we’ll dive into a morning of bear-tastic activities including:

🎶 Musical Bears
🎭 Teddy Bear Mask Making
🧭 A Bear-Themed Scavenger Hunt
🧺 …and of course, a proper Teddy Bears' Picnic waiting for us on Upper Stenkrith Field (just behind Pennine View)!

🍓 Picnic Details

A tasty picnic will be provided for every child — just make sure to let us know about any allergies or intolerances when booking your tickets.

🧸 What to Bring

• Your favourite teddy or cuddly friend

• A drink for your child

• Weather-appropriate clothing (wellies or sun hats)

• A grown-up! All children must be accompanied at all times

Toilets are available nearby at The Engine Shed in Pennine View.

Please note: Meet at the bottom of Jubilee park, parking is limited so please try and be mindful of residents. The picnic will take place on upper Stenkrith field (behind Pennine View) the path is uneven and Big mood Events does not take any responsibility for path and terrain conditions in Jubilee park or Upper Stenkrith field.
